Mind the Gap® - The Organization Mental Health Maturity Model is modelled broadly on the logic and principles of maturity models that have become a definitive way for organisations to build effectiveness in diverse areas over the last couple of decades. Mind the Gap® leverages the concept to give clarity to increasing levels of maturity in an organization’s competence in managing employee mental health. Each of the five levels presumes achievement of the previous level’s requisites. It is possible that an organization may have characteristics of a higher level without visibly having the stated building blocks for the previous level in place. However in order to have a sustainable and consistent level of maturity, the organization will require to put in place the missing links too. Mind the Gap®
